E un\u2019altra ancora.<\/p>\n<p>E all\u2019improvviso ti accorgi che stai funzionando \u201cin modalit\u00e0 sopravvivenza\u201d: rispondi, reagisci, fai quello che serve\u2026 ma non hai pi\u00f9 spazio mentale. Uscire cinque minuti. Camminare senza telefono.<br \/>\nGuardare altrove per permettere alla mente di riorganizzarsi.<\/p>\n<p>Una breve pausa non \u00e8 tempo perso: \u00e8 manutenzione mentale. E spesso ci\u00f2 che non riusciva a sbloccarsi mezz\u2019ora prima diventa improvvisamente semplice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box svuotato non farai progressi.<br \/>\nAl contrario, un\u2019ora di energia rinnovata vale pi\u00f9 di tre ore di stress.<\/p>\n<p>Proteggere la propria energia significa:<\/p>\n<\/div><ul
